receipt Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026

Operator: Vibe Programming Lab

This policy applies to the iOS app receipt (bundle ID com.hanjo92.receipt).

한국어 · English · 日本語

1. Summary

receipt does not create accounts and does not use advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or developer-operated servers. Expenses, notes, and photos are stored on your device. OCR is performed on-device using Apple Vision.

2. Data processed by the app

Data Purpose Location
Expense date/time, merchant, items, amounts, category, payment method, and notes Expense records and statistics The app’s on-device storage
Receipt and item photos you capture or select Storage, OCR, preview, and export The app’s on-device storage
OCR results Suggested input Processed on-device; only values you save become part of an expense record
Language, receipt appearance, haptics, monthly budget, and similar preferences Remember settings On-device app preferences (UserDefaults)

The developer does not collect or transmit this data to a developer-operated server.

3. Camera and photo library

The camera is accessed only when you choose to scan a receipt. The photo library is accessed only when you choose to import a photo. The app does not browse or upload photos you did not select.

4. Export and third parties

A CSV or PNG is provided to another app or location only when you initiate an export and choose a destination in the system share sheet. Further processing is governed by that destination’s policy. The app does not automatically upload exports.

5. Retention and deletion

Data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual expenses in the app. Deleting the app causes iOS to remove its local container. Exports saved to Files, Photos, or another service must be deleted separately from that destination.

6. Tracking, advertising, and analytics

The app does not track users, use advertising identifiers, show ads, run third-party analytics, or create user profiles.

7. Children

The app does not operate an account-based service that collects children’s personal information and has no server-side personal-data collection.

8. Public support portal

This support site is hosted on GitHub Pages and support requests may use GitHub Issues. GitHub may process visitor logs and account data under its own policies. This is separate from data processing inside receipt. GitHub Issues are public; do not post receipts, photos, payment details, or other personal data.

9. Contact and requests

For general deletion instructions or policy questions, use the public privacy request form. If your request requires personal or account-specific information, email gooldare@naver.com. Because app data is stored on your device rather than a developer server, the developer cannot remotely access or erase it.

10. Changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated together.
